We do not come from a big organisation.
We do not charge a huge amount of money for our services.
We do not compete with other pet service providers.
We do not own a pet grooming van.
However, we do offer a personal, caring and attentive service to you and your pet/s
Most of the time, we go out of our way to ensure that your pets are comfortable and happy after every visit, groom or care. For example
- we spend more time with them than what is required.
- we buy/ bring them toys or treats to spoil them during our visit
- we wash and brush them without being asked to do so.
- we take them out for walks when we are not required to.
- etc etc etc
We prefer to do more than what is required or paid for because some pets need to have more to keep them happy and stress-free.
We ensure that they are happy and comfortable before we leave them after every visit.
Our conscience would not allow us to leave them any other way.
We do not ask for more money for doing so afterwards.
We do not complain because the pets cannot.
We understand that their happiness, comfort and safety is important to their pet owners who rely on us whilst they're away.
It is our duty as chosen pet carers and so we honour the privilege to be entrusted by pet owners with their precious pets & so we strive to do more than what is required within our means.
We are honest and reliable.
