About Cathy

I provide 24/7 care for your small furbaby. I am a trustworthy and reliable stay at home Mum in North Randwick with 2 teenagers. I have plenty of time for dog minding and will take care of your small dog/s with love and care in my home. As I only look after small dogs your furbaby will not have to worry about bigger dogs. My family and I loves dogs, we have had our own for over 20 years. We currently have Charlie, an 11 yr old placid and friendly Maltese. We live next to Queens Park in a spacious, secure, fully fenced house with a grass backyard in a quiet street. Dog walking at Queens and Centennial park included in rate.

Your furbaby will be part of our family and like our own dog Charlie will of course have "run of the house", Your furbaby will be welcome to sleep inside in their own bed or on any of our beds.

I am at home all day except for a short time to run errands so I am able to offer your furbaby an enjoyable walk each day as well as playing games, enjoying the sun on the back verandah or just simply hanging out with lots of kisses and cuddles. I am always home in the evening so you can have peace of mind your furbaby will definately be looked after very well.

We live in a small quiet street, barking ,whining and howling behaviours associated with separation anxiety are not only disturbing to myself and my family, they are also disturbing to my neighbours and very distressing for your furbaby. Unfortunately, for this reason I am unable to accept furbaby's with Separation Anxiety and/or Behavioural issues listed below. Thank you for your understanding.🙏

PLEASE NOTE:-
Dogs with high medical and care needs including geriatric and sick dogs are better placed in Veterinary Care.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please check cancellation policy before booking. No refund is possible on the day the booking starts or during the booking. During COVID-19 Cancellation Policy remains as is.

PLEASE NOTE: RE: COVID 19 VACCINATIONS - Myself and my family are fully vaccinated. I will only arrange meet and greets and accept bookings from dog owners who are fully vaccinated. Pick ups and drop offs will be contactless in the front of my house, not inside. Thank you for your understanding.

A MEET AND GREET IS REQUIRED BEFORE ALL NEW BOOKINGS.
Meet and Greets are currently dogs only inside my home due to COVID-19. I'm also happy to accept trial bookings for a night stay or daycare for a day.Thank you for your understanding.

ALL DOGS MUST BE:-DESEXED, MICROCHIPPED, FULLY VACCINATED AND UP TO DATE (A COPY OF VACCINATION CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED)
WORM AND FLEA CONTROL UP TO DATE, CLEAN (recently washed), ALL BEDDING TO BE CLEAN (recently washed).

Please Note:
As your furbaby has "run of house" on beds, lounges and carpeted areas,
ALL DOGS MUST BE FULLY TOILET TRAiNED TO TOILET OUTSIDE IN THE YARD BY THEMSELVES.i.e when shown the door and yard they will toilet in the yard and continue to do so during their stay.

SMALL DOG BREEDS THAT ARE A GOOD MATCH IN MY HOUSEHOLD ARE:-Cavoodle, Moodle, Maltese, Bichon.

DROP OFF AND PICK UP TIMES :-
8 AM TO 6 PM Daily

PET HOSTING
A one night stay is up to 24 hours.,i.e. ( drop off at 8 am, pick up at 8 am next day). Additional time (later pick ups) can be booked through Pet Daycare, this ensures Madpaws insurance cover. Pet Daycare price; $65 for day up until 6pm. No pick ups after 6 pm. Please book an additional nights stay if unable to pick up by 6pm.

PLEASE ADVISE PICK UP/DROP OFF TIMES WHEN BOOKING.

Cancellation: Strict

A full refund will be offered to Pet Owners if they cancel up until 14 days before the booking at 12 noon. After which Pet Owners will be charged 50% of the total booking value.

I really couldn’t recommend Cathy enough. Leaving your dog with someone new can be a little daunting but Cathy reassured me Ted was in safe hands and he most certainly was. She sent daily updates with photos of what Ted had been up to which i really looked forward. Ted was taken on daily walks to the park and given loads of love and attention.
