About Caitlin

Hi, my name is Caitlin and whether your pet has paws, hooves or wings, is great or small, I'm happy to look after and care for them while you are away.

I have experience in caring for dogs, chickens and cows. My family has had Border Collies since I could walk and I have been active in caring for them since I was about eight. We've also had chickens and fish. When I was 17, I had the awesome experience of raising a poddy calf. Her name is Gertie, and she is now three year old, living on our farm with our other cows; Beatrice, Bertie, Winston and co. Recently I have also started volunteering with the koalas at Port Stephens which has been an amazing, fulfilling learning experience in animal care. I am a third year vet student, so proper pet care and enrichment is a passion of mine.

I currently live and study at home with my family, our two Border Collies Paddy and Tess, and our three chickens. Paddy is 15 years old and his elderly age means we are unable to have pets to stay over but I am more than happy to come to yours. Whilst I am at your house I can feed, walk, play with and cuddle your pet, plus clean up after them, give them medication and take them on outings. I am happy to visit them during the day and stay with them overnight if that's what you and your pet/s require.

As well as look after your pets and provide you with updates and photos of them, I'm also happy to water your garden, collect your mail and bring in your bins.
