Hello! I’m Paris,
I am an experienced animal caregiver/lover, that can provide a safe, fun and relaxing space for your furbaby. I would love the chance to meet the specific needs of your pet when you are unable to, and give the same amount of love and care as I would my own.
As a lifelong, avid animal lover, I have a genuine love and passion for providing honest, reliable and authentic pet care.
Having a career as a veterinary nurse for a number of years and many complex experiences prior working with animals, I can ensure your pet will be in good hands. It’s my aim to always provide high quality care, to also ensure your pet has a comfortable, safe and positive experience.
About me:
In recent months I have been vet nursing and dog handling - practicing positive reinforcement training techniques, assessing canine behaviour and was lucky enough to work closely with dogs of all sizes & personalities.
Founder of Playmates Pet Care (playmates_petcare), I now dedicate most of my time to enriching the lives of many pets! I have recently completed a certification in Dog Psychology, Behaviour & Training and will soon be able to offer dog training sessions as well as dog training walks.
Located in Richmond, I live with my partner who is also a huge animal lover and enjoys helping me out occasionally with the pets in my care too. We have a rescue kelpie cross called Bronson, he’s high energy but also a big cuddly bear.
Dog walking small-large breeds (Monday - Friday & Saturdays by request)
A fun, stimulating walk for your Pup! At a local park/bush/beach trail of your preference or leave it up to me to take your furbaby on an adventure! It can be up to 1 hours walk - suited to your pets activity level.
I usually start my walks at 9am and finish up about 4:00pm and will go at a time that suits you and your dog/s.
I drive an air conditioned roomy Jeep, am able to pick up/drop off & can comfortably fit x3 medium sized dogs for transport (really depends on breed)
- Obedience commands are positively reinforced
- Treats, doggy bags & toys included
- updates & photos
Drop-in pet visits for dogs, cats & rabbits (week days/weekends) *for when pet parents are out*
Included- Up to 1 hour per visit morning & afternoon (longer by request & price adjustment)- feeding, administering medication, supervising environmental enrichment play, grooming/brushing, giving love & attention/cuddles/pats, walking/allowing dogs outside to toilet, cleaning/changing litter trays, cleaning environment, topping up water bowls etc

Puppy/Senior visits-
It's recommended puppies between 7-14 weeks have a home visit if you're unavailable during the day as they require a feed, cuddles & a toilet break. Senior/special needs pets require similar care, however may need additional medication/monitoring (I offer this service - please message me directly to enquire for further information)

This is Paris's second time visiting our two (very different) cats while we were away, and once again she has gone above and beyond in ensuring that they are happy, healthy and calm.
She has a great way with animals; even bonding with our grumpy diva cat. Daily photos and updates were very much appreciated.

Paris was amazing, we (the humans and the cats) would absolutely love to have her care for our floofs again. Great communication both before and during the visit. During the one visit, Paris even made friends with our shy/skittish cat, which often takes hours with new visitors! We felt very comfortable leaving our boys in her care 😻
