About SEAN

Hi I'm Sean, I have a passion for engaging with animals and I hope I can help you out with any caring responsibilities I can!

In my time at RSPCA Burwood East (Melbourne) I gained animal handling experience in walking dogs of all different shapes, sizes, and temperaments. My list of breeds I am comfortable with include:
- English/American staffy
- Bulldog
- Labrador
- Retriever
- Husky
- Shih Tzu
- Pomeranians
- Chihuahua
- Spitz
- Farm dogs (heeler, kelpie, coolie, corgi)
- Hounds (beagles, bloodhounds)
- Rottweilers

Since arriving in Hobart I have missed my shelter work, especially walking the big dogs so I am doing this to spend more time with animals. I have few hesitancies about walking challenging dogs, and if you have a need for a walker who can handle strong dogs, I'm your guy!

During this period I also volunteered in the rabbit/bird areas of RSPCA, done work experience at a local wildlife rehab centre (many birds!) and also have experience caring for pets, having a dog, cat, and cockatiel back in my Melbourne base.
I am a uni student so my schedule is pretty flexible, and I am able to enrich your pets while you are at work if needed!

Willing to provide treats and assist with enrichment (toys/training) if wanted.
