Hi, I’m Adam!

I’ve always had a real love for animals, especially dogs. I grew up on a property in the country, so animals were a big part of everyday life for me from a young age. I think growing up around them gave me a natural feel for how to be around different animals and, particularly with dogs, an appreciation for how different every one of them can be.

I’m a naturally caring and attentive person, and when I’m looking after a dog, I genuinely care about making sure they feel safe, comfortable and happy. I like getting to know their personality and meeting them where they are, whether they’re energetic and playful, quiet and gentle, a little nervous, or simply happy to wander along beside you. I’ve always found that dogs tend to respond to a calm presence, and I really enjoy building that trust with them.

I’m also fit, active and love walking, so I’m more than happy to spend plenty of time outside with a dog and give them a good amount of exercise and company. For me, there’s something wonderfully simple about being around an animal and allowing them to just be themselves.

I work in film and at a cinema, so my life is quite creative and often busy, and I find spending time with animals to be a really grounding part of life. There’s something very lovely about putting everything else aside, going for a long walk and having a dog happily exploring the world beside you.

Most importantly, I know how much trust is involved in leaving your dog with someone else. I’d treat that responsibility with genuine care, patience and attention, and I’d love the chance to get to know your dog and give them a happy, safe and enjoyable time while they’re in my care.

Hope to hear from you soon.
