I have always grown up with dogs, I have 4 dogs of my own back in Sydney and am missing my furry friends so much after moving down for Uni! I volunteer at the RSPCA one day a week and have since I was about 16 with all sorts of animals not just dogs. I also have been fostering behavioural and medical dogs with the Lost Dogs Home for the past 18 months, focusing on increasing independence and training with total force free and positive reinforcement training methods. I have a good track record with training and love kinds of animals, more than people even! I am currently studying Veterinary Medicine and absolutely love animals of all sizes. I believe I have a great handle on dogs and am able to understand needs and assist with reinforcing training and socialisation. I absolutely adore animals and will really take the time to give your furry friend the best experience on their walk, stay or training needs. I have experience working in canine behaviour teams and would be easily able to transfer these skills if you were seeking that as well!
I am very equipped to host dogs at my house with a secure yard, comfy dog beds, food, water bowls- all you would have to do is bring your dog and I’ll take care of the rest :)
I also have great experience with feline friends, having fostered 4 kittens of underage kittens and anxiety queens and have a strong understanding of feline behaviour- cats are very welcome too! Due to my animal health background I am able to identify any health concerns that may arise and have contacts at all local vets in the unlikely occurrence of an emergency with your furry friend. ...
