About Milena
I am a freelance writer who has grown up around all sorts of animals; from dogs and cats, to rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, goats - even silk worms and hermit crabs! I love nothing more than a good snuggle with a furry friend.
My husband and I recently made the move to Melbourne from Sydney with our ragdoll cat Cleopatra who is quite welcoming and willing to share in both affection and space. We love to welcome other cats into our home and can't think of anything worse than leaving your pet at a cattery.
We currently have plenty of indoor space (and a non smoking household) for your fur-baby to roam about or snooze up on the couch; working from home means plenty of time to devote to your precious pet! We have balls, squeaky toys and lots of entertainment to keep those paws amused.
Unfortunately apartment living means no backyard so we can't accomodate dogs at the moment. However, I am happy to do house visits and go for walks in the St Kilda area - we lovely to go on long beach and botanical garden strolls. I also have experience in providing oral medication (such as antibiotics or worming tablets) and can also administer doses for diabetic pets.
I am happy to provide plenty of photos while your pet is being looked after. Feel free to contact me about any specific enquiries you may have, I am very flexible.
