About Romi

Hi! My name is Romi Castagnino and I’m 27 years old. I am a conservation scientist focused on the protection of wild mammals, especially in tropical forests. I am also a wildlife photographer and filmmaker.

Growing up in Peru I have been surrounded by dogs: I've had two labs, a poodle and a beautiful german shepherd. My sister even owns a grooming and pet store! I've always wanted to adopt a dog here in Australia but couldn't do it because I don't live in a pet-friendly apartment. However, for the past 5 years, I have volunteered at dog shelters photographing dogs to increase their chances of adoption.

I would love to take care of your pups! I will make sure they have the best time with endless cuddles and playtime. I will send you photo updates and even snap a professional photo of your fur baby for free!)....
