About Martina
I’ve been loving and taking care of animals ever since I was born.
I spent my childhood in my grandparents’s farm in Sicily (Italy), sorrounded by dogs, cats, horses and other lovely farm animals.
My father is a certified dogs trainer; he mainly passed me the love for doggos ❤️
We’ve been rescuing abandoned dogs&cats for more than ten years now (I was just a kid when he started), trying to find their forever home💕
That’s why I’m really comfortable with dogs in any situations: I know how their mind works, I know how to handle their behaviours, and most important I love them with my whole heart !!!😍
Back home in Rome I’m the mummy of two Pugs (Ginger&Jolie), an Amstaff pit bull (Elvis) and of a male boa constrictor (Nobi). I really miss my babies a lot but my life brought me here in the amazing Gold Coast and fortunately I have a big and caring family that’s taking care of them!!
I have recently grown a big passion for cats as I’ve been cat sitting for 3 weeks two sweet furballs of a friend of mine who was on holidays and when he came back it was so difficult to not have them around at home that I almost convinced myself to get a kitten!!! 😂
As I said before I used to live in a farm, so I’ve got as well experience with rodents! We used to have lots of bunnies and I remember giving them veggies every morning before going to school.. I also owned 2 guinea pigs who’s name were “Marlonbrando & Margarina”, and the sweetest hamster ever: “Duchessa” (and incredibly I will always remember her as the best pet ever, she was just amazing!!).

I haven’t talk yet about another of my big passions: reptiles!
Growing in a farm let’s you be in strict contact with lizards, geckos and snakes sometimes, so that’s why I’ve never been afraid of them but fascinated instead !
One of my hidden dreams is to become an herpetology, that’s why I’ve been working in an exotic pet shop for a while and here is where I decided to take home my Boa constrictor that now is 3 years old. Those animals really teaches you how important is to create a trust bond, and that us, humans, needs to bring respect to them as they are a real example of love and life on this Earth.

So dear costumer who’s reading, those are all the reason why i’d love to take care of your loved pet as he/she was mine: that’s not a job, that’s more than a pleasure!!!

Just message me and I’ll be happy to answer any question you could have !!!
Cheers !!!🍻🐾🐶🐱🐭🐹🐰🐣🐢🐍

Martina was terrific! She was very accommodating with our last minute booking for our Golden Retriever, who looked very happy in his photos. She offered to pick up and deliver too which exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend her.
