About Olivia

Hello! My name is Olivia and I've always had a passion for animals, big or small!
I am currently on other pet sitting apps and even have my own business. I am new to madpaws but can provide many reviews from past and present clinets.

Some facts about me /What sets me apart from other sitters;

I have a Bachelor of Zoology degree with an entire years worth of study entirely on dog behaviour and function. I have also completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Captive Vertebrate Management and currently work as a Zookeeper at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. I spend my free time volunteering at the Wildlife Hospital and other animals organisations. My entire life is dedicated to animals and your beloved pet will be throughly looked after under my care.

I know I’ve spoken a lot about dogs ( love them) but cats have my heart as I find their curious and tentative nature endearing and I really do enjoy winning them over whilst their owner is away. I’ve grown up with cats all my life and if you ask any of my friends that probably would tell you I don’t shut up about them 🙂 I have two lynx point modern Siamese cats: Randall and Yuki and I have fostered and helped rehomed various kittens from 5 weeks to 8 months old.

I have experience administering oral; tablets,liquids,pastes and ventolin inhalers. So if you require this for your animal I am happy to do so for no extra cost

I am confident handling all animals and would give time and attention to every animal that comes into my care. I have owned and worked with snakes, lizards and rats so I am also confident in handling the little creatures. I understand every animal is different so I take time to understand their personality and needs. I have a police check that I am willing to send at your discretion.
