I’m originally from the Cotswolds in the UK and recently moved to Sydney, where I work in medical affairs for a pharmaceutical company. Outside of work, I’m a keen runner, enjoy classic cars and am a passionate church bell ringer.

I’ve always grown up around animals, particularly dogs and cats, and have fostered and rehabilitated cats in the UK. I’ve also regularly looked after multiple dogs at once, including caring for them over longer periods, so I’m very comfortable with the routines, attention and responsibility that come with having several pets in my care.

I love how much of a dog-friendly culture Sydney has, and pet sitting feels like the perfect way for me to have plenty of animal company without making the permanent commitment of having a pet myself. I’m particularly keen to make sure pets get lots of attention, exercise and companionship while their owners are away.

I have an active lifestyle and enjoy getting outdoors, so I’m very happy to build walks, playtime and plenty of exercise into a pet’s routine. I’m responsible, reliable and enjoy spending time with animals rather than simply treating pet sitting as a place to stay.

My work is in Sydney, so I have a normal professional working schedule, but I’m able to plan around pet-sitting commitments and make sure animals aren’t left alone for unnecessarily long periods. I’m also very conscious that every pet has their own personality and routine, and I’m happy to follow an owner’s instructions closely, whether that’s feeding, medication, walks, playtime or simply lots of cuddles!
