About Luisa

I've always had pets at home, when I moved out from my parents house in 2012 I couldn't afford having my own furry friend so I decided to become a pet sitter. It's something I'm passionate about and love doing.

My partner and I live in an apartment located in Terrigal. My work schedule is flexible and changes weekly, our lifestyle allows us to spend time, energy and give so much attention (and cuddles) to all the beautiful pets we mind. My partner also has a flexible schedule and is a pet lover so whenever I'm not home, your pet will have a friend to stay with and will rarely be unaccompanied.

I'm very professional and trustworthy, as fun as pet sitting is, it's still a job and I take it very seriously. I only have one client at a time (can host up to two cats from the same client at my apartment, and unlimited dogs and cats at the client's house), provide daily video/photo updates, take them for a walks as requested by the owners, take them to fun activities at the beach or the parks around (if allowed by the owner), provide regular meal time, always set them with fresh & clean water and why not a 🛀 on a hot day if needed?!

Note: Each walk lasts 30 minutes and do not include home visit to feed them, for this service there's an option on the platform which includes home visiting + walking.

For overnight stays, please note PM pick ups are counted as a day.

We live in Terrigal, happy to travel up to 20km for overnight stays and 10km for dog walks.

For hosting, we can only host inside cats unfortunately we can't have dogs at our place as we have two lovely cats, Snitch and Rajah, both lovely, vaccinated and dessexed, and they stay at their play room with plenty of space and everything they need while your pet is with us. So your cat won't be in contact with them, unless you say so 😉

For dog sitting, we're happy to come to your place and look after your dog there :)...

A full refund will be offered to Pet Owners if they cancel up until 7 days before the booking at 12 noon. After which Pet Owners will be charged 50% of the total booking value.
