As written on the details, my name is Tommy, a final year student at the university. Three words to describe myself would be: fun, cat-lover and meticulous. I enjoy baking and reading in my spare time (if Im not studying). I also enjoy an occasional walk or hike at some hiking trails around Newcastle area.

I generally love all animals, but I especially love cats and dogs. I used to have 2 fur babies (a lovely medium sized dog called Mikey and a smaller white one called Shorty) back at home. I am quite familiar with looking after animals of different sizes and origin, which is not only limited to cats or dogs, but rabbits as well.

In term of my experience in looking after pets in Australia, to be honest, not as much. I have looked after my friends dogs and cats at occasions during the holiday period. But being a previous pet owner myself, I am quite familiar with what to keep an eye for when looking after a pet. I also used to volunteer in animal shelters and work in a cat cafe.

I currently live in a small neighbourhood with a small outdoor backyard. I live at home with my other housemates and 1 resident cat. Since Im a student, I usually have placement on weekdays Mon-Fri and occasionally, I would work on weekends as well. I am quite flexible and easy going with my time and if you are in a pinch for a quick house visit to make sure your fur friend is alright, I would be more than glad to drop by.
