I've had cats and dogs for over 30 years and used to work at the R.s.p.c.a as an animal attendant many years ago.
I've been vegan for 12 years but that does not stop me from buying a roast chicken and shredding it for my fussy dogs to eat. My 2 cats only eat the expensive brands also!!!! So I know what lengths we go to keep out fur babies safe and comfortable!!
I love the energy that little furbies bring into my house.
Yes, your pet will sleep in the lounge with my doggos so feel free to bring a bed.
I do not take Staffordshire Terriers or very muscular dogs.
I have a 4 year old who adores animals also, she is always talking about the pets we've looked after and enjoys reminiscing. She also gets excited when a new pet is arriving.
All animals are treated as children and are always inside in front of the fire when it's cold. Dogs only ever go outside to use the toilet.
I do work during the week some shifts are 2 hours others can be 7. I do not work everyday though. I can't be home all the time so if you need someone home 24/7 with your dog then there would be some sitters who can provide that.
My backyard is large and it has no gate and is all enclosed on purpose to make it impossible for your doggo to escape.
If it's raining cats and doggos a walk may not be appropriate but I will be transparent with you at all times. I also cannot do walks on weekends as it's too hard with a toddler but I can do weekdays.
I also know how difficult a time it can be when your animal needs to cross the rainbow bridge so I am able to offer my services to hold your furbies paw as they grow their wings and fly into the night sky. I can pick up your darling and take them to the vet and carry out your instructions. I have always held the paws for all my sick and dying pets as they need to know they are cared for in those final moments....
