I’m from Malaysia and currently pursuing my master’s degree in Melbourne. I was born into a family of animal lovers — especially dogs (bulldog/ rotweiler, poodle). My dad has been raising dogs since he was young, so I grew up in a home where pets were part of the family. That environment shaped me into a lifelong pet lover. Being around animals has always brought me a sense of comfort and joy. Whether it’s caring for them, playing, or simply being in their presence, I truly enjoy the bond and unconditional love that pets give. Even while studying abroad, I still find myself drawn to animals wherever I go — it’s something that will always be a part of who I am.
