We love Labradors, it's not too long ago we lost our lovely lab, Lucah who went too soon at only 10 years old from cancer on his spleen.
Our family is offering dog sitting for a while to help us recover from loosing Lucah, so far it has helped us a lot and gone very well and been fun to.
To fit into our family during their stay, your dog needs to be toilet trained, likes to sleep inside at night and does not hurt cats. (our two cats are very dog friendly and we can help your dog adjust slowly if he/she is not used to living with a cat (we have achieved this successfully a few times now, both cats still alive and no dogs harmed! ))
When with us, your dog will get a morning walk and a good long evening walk and spend most of his/her time in the house with us in the day, most likely next to the couch in the evening for some TV watching and some belly tickles !
Our very strong family preference is to look after labradors only .. if you have a lab that needs a short term family home while you are away, we could be a good option for you :-)...
