Dog had been sick for 2 days before pick up. Vomiting blood and diarrhoea. Also a green nose discharge. Only was told just as I was about to get into the car. Vet is assuming the dog ate something. I don't blame the sitter for the dog getting sick but I should have been contacted as soon as it started. …
