When you book with one of our sitters, we want you to pay close attention to how the service plays out. We believe feedback, reviews and ratings are so important. Not to mention whether you get the lick of approval or not from your furry friend.

If you want to book in Dog Feeding, but also want a few other services while you're at it, you can book in multiple services at the same time. It's kinda like an all-inclusive soirée for your pup. Dog Walking, Dog Feeding and Dog Grooming - oh la la, it's all very posh around here.

Every one of our sitters must complete our Pet Sitters Success Program. This program guarantees our Mad Paws community know what they're doing - it also ensures a level of reliability on their behalf. There's also the option to display valid police checks for those that want that extra bit of security.

If you're feeling a little unsettled about the exchange between the sitter and your dog, you can ask for a meet and greet beforehand so everyone is on the same vibe. A happy puppo makes all the difference when it comes to organising a sitter, so we definitely recommend introducing everyone before the booking commences.
