Don't worry, you can cancel the pet stay after you have paid, you will need to let the customer service team know.
When you cancel the pet minder's chose cancellation policy will apply. The pollices are as follows:
Flexible – a full refund up until 12pm, one day before the booking;
Moderate – a full refund up until 12pm, 7 days before the booking;
Strict – a full refund up until 12pm, 14 days before the booking.
To process the cancellation and to organise your refund you will need to email the Customer Success team at firstname.lastname@example.org who will make this happen for you!
