If someone has used your services previously and has contacted you outside of Mad Paws services for a future booking, the Pet Owner can easily rebook you from their account! The Pet Sitter is not able to rebook for Pet Owners. By booking through Mad Paws you are covered by our 10 million dollar liability insurance policy cover.
The Pet Owner can easily rebook through their dashboard, where they will have a 'Rebook' button for under 'Previous Bookings.'
If it's a booking for a Pet Owner who has never used your services, send them your profile URL (your website link). From here, they will be able to request your services and book with you directly.
If the Pet Owner is having trouble with booking, please contact the Mad Paws Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and the customer service team will assist in making a booking.
