At Mad Paws, you can archive old requests rather than delete them.

To archive a request, locate it in 'Pending Requests' folder (in your Inbox), then choose 'Move to Archive' in the message window. It will ask why the stay didn't work out; choose an option or type a reason – this will move the message to your 'Archive Request' folder.
