I need to cancel a stay, what do I do?
We understand that cancellations can be unavoidable, if you need to cancel due to personal emergency, please inform your client right away. If you feel the need to, you should contact Mad Paws immediately at our customer support (Mad Paws Contact Us) and we will work with the pet owner to find another sitter.
Please note: If you cancel an upcoming stay, please make sure to give at least a 14 days notice. Otherwise, your account may be suspended.
If you as a sitter cancel, it is logic that the pet owner is fully refunded.
