Can I cancel after I’ve paid?

Yes, you can cancel the pet stay after you have paid however, you will need to email the customer service team at service@madpaws.com.au so they can process this for you.  

When you cancel the pet minder's chose cancellation policy will apply. The pollices are as follows: 

  • Flexible - a full refund up until 12pm, one day before the booking;

  • Moderate - a full refund up until 12pm, 7 days before the booking;

  • Strict -  a full refund up until 12pm, 14 days before the booking.
