Can I cancel after I’ve paid?

Yes, you can cancel the pet stay after you have paid however, you will need to email the customer service team at so they can process this for you.  

When you cancel the pet minder's chose cancellation policy will apply. The pollices are as follows: 

  • Flexible - a full refund up until 12pm, one day before the booking;

  • Moderate - a full refund up until 12pm, 7 days before the booking;

  • Strict -  a full refund up until 12pm, 14 days before the booking.
