Help my request has ‘expired’, WHAT DO I DO?!?!?

If the Minder has not replied to your request within 72 hours, you will be notified with a ‘Request Expiry’ email. Not to worry, if your request has ended, simply just re-request and restart the 72-hour clock. Moreover, you can request a different Minder – we have plenty to choose from!

Remember: The stay isn't booked you and the Pet Minder have agreed on the booking and the payment has been made through the Mad Paws website – the payment must be made before you begin the stay.
