If someone has used your services previously and has contacted you outside of Mad Paws services for a future booking, the Pet Owner can easily rebook you from their account! A Pet Sitter is not able to rebook for Pet Owners. However, booking through Mad Paws you are covered by our 10 million dollar liability insurance policy cover.
The Pet Owner can easily rebook through their dashboard, where they will have a 'Rebook' button for under 'Previous Bookings'.
If the Pet Owner is having trouble with rebooking, please contact the Mad Paws Team at email@example.com and the customer service team will assist in making a booking.
