Animals seem to find me! I found a cat sitting at my front door and rushing inside when I opened it. I was living in a unit on 4th floor then! This cat stayed with us for 12 years! I currently have 2 budgies (one
of them I noticed sitting between suitcases and bags in a shop window. The staff had no idea the bird was there!) And a cockatiel I found in a garden bed. 2 cats were living in that house and garden! I took the bird home and tried to find the owners, but even though a few people came to have a look it was not their bird! So he has now found a new home with me.
I also had 2 rescue dogs (RSPCA), who I unfortunately both lost a few years ago. They were 15 and 18 yrs old, and I miss their company! That's why I'd love to look after your (small) dogs! I live in a townhouse with a totally safe backyard (my dogs were only 4.5 kg each) and have lots of time to go for walks or stay at home as I'm semi-retired.
I can also stay in your home if you prefer, but I would have to bring my own little dog along (another " foster failure" 😂) as long as its not too far from work (Sydney Northern Beaches) Unfortunately she doesnt like cats🙁, while I love them! So for cats I can only offer house visits.
Unfortunately, Due to our strata by-laws there are also some dog breeds I am not allowed to take in. These include Staffies or Amstaffs or any type of bulldog. All of those I can only pet sit at YOUR house.
To keep my prices low I follow “ hotel rules”, meaning check-in/ drop off after 14:00, and check out/ pick up before 12:00. If you need an early check in or late check out there will be extra costs as I might have to decline another booking. Please pay those fees directly to me.
Due to the overall rising costs I will now have to charge an additional 10% for peak times/holidays.
