Hi Dog and Cat Parents!

My name is Sarah and like you I am a dog parent that only wants the best for my dogs! I understand that leaving your fur-babies in my care is a huge deal requiring a high level of trust - my hope is that you will feel confident and at ease while your dogs are with me. With over 10 years experience in the animal industry in many fields, I am confident that I can offer you and your dog/s or cat/s a positive and fun experience.

But first, a little about me!

🐾 I'm 26 and have recently moved to the Hunter Valley area from Canberra, ACT with my partner and 2 dogs (Russell/Jack Russell and Nova/Kelpie)

🐾 From 15 years old I worked in a highly regarded kennel in Canberra for over 7 years as an animal attendant - interacting with dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds and life stages and gaining handling and temperament experience!

🐾 During this time I also worked in 2 of the areas best Veterinary Clinics as a kennel hand for over 3 years.

🐾 I have my Certificate 3 in Animal Services from 'Canberra Institute of Technology' completed in 2017

🐾 For the last 3 years I have had the honor to be co-owner and day-to-day manager of "The Dawg Studio". A dog grooming salon, indoor daycare and boutique shop located in Queanbeyan, NSW. I love interacting with all breeds and chatting to owners about their much beloved fur-family. I am hoping to groom up here in Newcastle soon too, so watch this space to find me for grooming!

I am also very excited to say I am open for enquiries to be an animal caretaker for events such as weddings, parties, celebrations. etc.
