I love dogs! And believe life is better with a dog in it!
I decided to become a pet sitter as I have used these services when travelling for work and know how important it is to feel comfortable with leaving your favorite family member with somebody you don't really know.
I've grown up always having a dog as a family pet and have continued this through my adult years. I have experience with medium-large dogs and my current dog Captain is a super sweet mini schnauzer.
I live in a unit with a smaller sized back area that mainly consists of an undercover deck. Definitely room enough for the doggos to sunbake! I live very close to dog parks and dog beaches as well as sports ovals etc.. I walk Captain daily and don't mind including your dog too!
I'm lucky enough to be able to work from home 2 days a week so am at home more than the average full-time worker.
A quick meet and greet is required before any first time booking can be accepted. Just so we know our dogs are compatible. Also, for peace of mind, I only accept one pet minding booking at any one time.

Tara was amazing. It was our first time leaving Lucy with a private pet sitter and she eased our nerves by keeping us up to date regularly and showing genuine compassion and care for our Lucy. We will be using Tara for as long as she will have us :)
