About Michaela
When I was growing up, I was always surrounded by a variety of animals (Dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, budgies). My love for them lead me to many volunteer and occupational opportunities throughout the last 12 years. I've worked in rescue shelters, wildlife rehabilitation, as a veterinarian technician, dog walkers, and a pet sitter. I've fostered many guineapigs and rabbits throughout the years as well as found them safe and loving homes.
I am now a first year international student (I am from the States) studying to be a doctor of veterinary medicine at USYD. I don't have any pets currently, the first time in all 28 years of my life. So I promise I will love and care for your pets as if they were my very own.

Michaela has been amazing. Her updates are great and her regular photos and videos bring joy to my day. She obviously cares deeply about animals and our dog iexpresses such joy when she sees her. we feel confident leaving our precious cargo in her capable and caring hands so much so that we now have a regular booking.

Michaela was lovely. She has obviously had a lot of experience working with animals and is passionate about them, as demonstrated by the fact she is studying to be a vet. She is more than just a sitter, she is caring and provides great tips on how to take care of yourself fur baby. Her updates are great and made me feel confident that Kaya was being well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Michaela’s services and we are grateful that we have found such a caring sitter to be a regular in Kaya’s life.
