As a child, my love for animals and fascination with their behavior, ecology, and anatomy ignited my dream of becoming a Zoologist. I have had so many pets growing up and I they are always a part of me!
With a Ph.D. reading in Animal Ecology, extensive experience as a foster carer for RSPCA orthopaedic dogs and cats with traumatic pasts, and previous roles as a volunteer Animal Attendant at RSPCA Wildlife Hospital and Cats and Dogs Unit, I am confident in my ability to contribute positively and provide exceptional care for your fur babies! :)
As a foster carer for RSPCA, I have provided specialized care, enrichment, and support to animals with diverse backgrounds and needs. I have collaborated closely with veterinary teams, animal behaviorists, and fellow carers to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, facilitate successful adoptions, and promote the overall wellbeing and happiness of animals in my care.
I work from home 4 days a week and pretty flexible with my working hours which works perfectly when I am fostering animals as I can be with them all the time.
I live in a two bedroom apartment with a balcony with space for your pets to run around. I am also happy to do home visits. :)...
