About Annette

My pets are my life, and as an amateur pet photographer and pet artist, my hobbies also reflect this. I grew up surrounded by animals. I love all animals, and am particularly passionate about cats - I’m from a multi pet household, so knowing their individual requirements is a must! I’m a mature lady, and my idea of going on a holiday is to stay at home with my pets, or yours. I do not have children/grandchildren to look after and I’m not studying to become something else later on - your pets will be my only focus!

I have completed a Certificate in Pet Sitting Business which covered many subjects such as basic first aid, feeding, exercising, common ailments, vital signs and pet handling. I have experience looking after cats, dogs, birds (weiros, Eclectus parrot, budgies), rabbits, guinea pigs and rats. Day visits for feeding, playtime, cuddles, toilet breaks, walks, and pet clean ups will be my specialty. I am an absolute whizz with litterbox cleaning (having a multi cat household has necessitated this!) and can do this on a weekly basis for you - even if you are at home! I can also bring in mail, close/open curtains and water a few indoor pot plants to make your house lived in when you are not there. I have, as my backup, my husband Wayne Ritchie, and my mother Glenys Schiavi, so in the event anything happened to me, your pets will still be lovingly attended to, as they are both avid pet lovers and my husband is a self confessed Cat Daddy and proud of it! I will care when you’re not there! Thank you....
