About Brad

I have many years experience looking after dogs. I am an absolute dog lover and really enjoy being around them. I was brought up in a household with dogs, and it just so happened that most of my friends and family also all had dogs. I could not imagine a life without dogs

I currently have two Staffies that my wife and I adopted from a dog rescue. We have no children and our dogs are quite the centre of attention in our household. They have the run of the house, living a very comfy life and have claimed every lounge or bed as their own. In saying that we do set boundaries and make sure our dogs are well behaved, it certainly isn't a free for all. I give my dogs a lot of love and affection and treat them like family, that is because my dogs are my family, they are not my pets.

We have had 2 Bull Terriers prior to our Staffies, and as a child my parents bred Bull Terriers. I was very lucky to grow up around litters of puppies at various times. Anyone familiar with Bullies know how much character they have. I've since learnt that all dogs have their own special characteristics and I enjoy getting to know them

I also owned and cared for various birds as a kid, such as gallahs, budgies and finches. I am not as experienced looking after birds as i am with dogs, but if you have a bird that needs feeding/watering/cage cleaning then i'm more than comfortable to assist

I am an active person who enjoys sports and working out at the gym, and I'd be happy to take your dog with me to go walking.

I enjoy gardening and can help with keeping your plants alive while your away, along with clearing your mailbox and putting bins in/out

I work full time 5 days a week, with two of those days working from home

I own my home and live with my wife and our two dogs. I don't do dog sitting to make money or a chance to get away from home, I do it because I love dogs and enjoy being able to help people who need it. As a dog owner and someone who likes to travel, I fully understand how difficult it can be finding someone you can trust to look after your pets/home while away. I hope I can be that person you can trust. I ensure to provide daily updates if it's something you would like, i personally find them to be reassuring at times when i've had a sitter....
