About Summah

I'm 30 years old and I have owned dogs all of my life. Both big and small breeds. I have also reared and raised pups that my dogs have had other the years so I have a lot of experience with young pups and elderly dogs too.

Over the years I have been entrusted with not only family members pets when they‘ve needed help minding they’re animals but friends also. Hence my headline of being a dog Mum and Aunty to many. ☺️

I've owned birds and rabbits over the years also. I am a huge animal lover.

Animals make me happy. I myself own two dogs. A Jack Russell X Maltese Terrier named Midget. And a German Shepherd named Chief. I've had a lot of experience with German Shepherd dogs in particular. I've owned them all of my life and they are my favourite breed. I'm very knowledgeable on Shepherds.

I've also owned a variety of other mixed breeds such as Alaskan Malamute X Lab, Maltese X Silky Terrier, and another unknown mixed breed. I've also owned a Chihuahua and love them to bits and am very knowledgeable on them also.

I've owned 3 bunnies and a few different birds over the years from budgies to zebra finches and cockatiels.

I have been out of work for 10 years due to some health problems and I am currently on the disability pension. Being unable to work has been hard with my current situation. Being on the disability pension I am only available to work for 30 hours maximum in a fortnight.

Not much makes me happy these days since I had to stop full time work due to my health issues apart from being with my dogs. So naturally when I came across this opportunity to offer some pet sitting in the time I am able to offer in a fortnight seemed like the perfect opportunity to do something which would give my life a bit of light again while keeping loving owners happy and beautiful animals happy.

To me to offer my friendly service to other animal lovers would not feel like a job to me. Animals make me happy and they really do light up your life so I would consider going to work for someone to care for their pet to be an absolute joy.

I live in the lower Blue Mountains area in Warrimoo.

I will happily look after and tend to any needs your fur babies need so long as it fits into my 30 hours that I am available for in a fortnight. If you need your pets cared for or walked on a regular basis I am also happy to do repeat bookings when you need someone to regularly walk your dog or do a visit or day service.

As mentioned before working with animals is an absolute joy for me and I look forward to hearing from you and meeting you and your beautiful pets and caring for them the way any passionate animal lover would. ☺️...
