About Bridie
Hello!
I'm Bridie, 26, originally from Cambridge, UK and looking to boost my serotonin by giving lots of kisses and attention to your lovely pets! I have two housemates who would be more than happy to give additional attention and love to your pet.
Dogs have always been a constant in my family home, both puppies and rescues; from our Labrador, Saffy, to Paddy, a Wirehaired Vizsla and now our rescued German Wirehaired pointer, Zuna. I have experience looking after couch potato dogs, slightly neurotic dogs, and most things in between.
I worked for Dogs Trust, the UK’s largest canine welfare charity, for two and half years during and after COVID lockdowns. Here I learnt and got to see first-hand the effects lockdowns had on dogs, particularly puppies and adolescent dogs, causing separation anxiety and other disruptive behaviours. Working here also taught me that patience, love, and understanding dogs is the way forward.
For the past 6 years I have also lived with and looked after cats and adore them. I would be very excited to care or check in on yours.
