About Astrid

Hi, I'm Astrid. I have a soft spot for all animals and instinctively get them. I'm that person that always rescues stray, lost and sick animals. I make friends with even the grumpiest or most shy of cats. I've found myself without a fur-baby of my own, so I'd love to have yours around in the meantime. I work from home and have a fully fenced, secure courtyard. I have experience with all different types of animals (including reptiles) and am happy to give them any medications or care that they may need. If you want the best for your pets, someone reliable to give them the attention they want, I'm happy to help.

I have had many amazing pets including dogs, cats, birds, mice, Guinea pigs and farm animals. The most special was my furbaby Chesh, I found her living under my apartment when I moved in. At first she was incredibly scared of people and would hiss and run away. After a few months of feeding her, she moved in with me. We had to take things slowly, but in the end she was the most beautiful and affectionate friend I could have asked for. I seem to understand animals and they feel comfortable with me as a result. If you have a pet that is a little funny with some people, you can be sure that I will take the best care of them and will do what I can to make them feel comfortable. I have experience with animal first aid, although I hope this will never be necessary.
