I'm Brazilian, I'm 29 years old and I've had experience with animals (dogs and cats) for over 4 years. In Brazil I have 4 dogs (Yorkshire) and a cat and when necessary I also took care of my friends' dogs and cats (when they were traveling).
Throughout my time as a pet sitter, I have learned valuable lessons. The responsibility of caring for someone else's loved one goes far beyond everyday tasks; it is the trust placed in us to maintain the happiness and well-being of a family member.
This teaches us the importance of dedication, attention and love in each interaction
For 4 years I gained the ability to follow routines and instructions, ensuring consistency in animal care.
I have already volunteered at an NGO, where I helped find owners for abandoned animals, helped with campaigns to collect supplies and help for abandoned animals.
I developed skills to identify and deal with special needs, such as medication administration, post-operative care and attention to health problems.
I have built a loving approach and patience to build relationships with the animals and ensure a safe and welcoming environment during my presence.
I have a strong sense of responsibility, organization and communication to keep owners informed about the well-being of their pets during their absence.
I currently live in an apartment that has a safe (closed) outdoor area, where the animal can have space to play and rest. Next to the building there is a huge park, where I can take you for a walk and play.
Working as a pet sitter is more than just a job, it's a passion that connects us in a unique way with our adorable four-legged friends....
