Maja Lisa is a very knowledgeable, caring, and reliable pet sitter.
Heavily involved in pet rescue and foster care, Maja Lisa started walking and training a variety of dogs of all breeds and sizes as well as volunteering for a local animal shelter at a very young age. Maja Lisa went on to become the youngest member of the Tierrettungsdienst Frankfurt e.V., a Not-for-Profit animal rescue organisation in Germany.
Maja Lisa is a big supporter of animal welfare and absolutely passionate about force-free training methods.
Maja Lisa is a foster carer and a member for the fundraising team for Chihuahua Rescue Queensland (CRQ), a regional Not-for-Profit animal rescue organisation. Maja Lisa has also recently joined the local Caboolture & District Animal Welfare Inc. committee to aid with the change management of the animal welfare service.
Her own pets are an integral part of Maja Lisa's life and when she moved to Australia in 2009, she brought Sheila, her German Pinscher working breed dog, along with her. She has since adopted two more small dogs. Maja Lisa currently has a small Chihuahua, named Opal, that she rescued from a situation of cruelty in February 2023.
Maja Lisa has consistently worked in the pet industry since 2009, walking and providing care services, such as dog training, walking, sitting, and boarding/ minding, as well as pet taxi and grooming services for dogs and other domestic animals, and including an online store for pet supplies.
Maja Lisa is also a support worker with Mable and assists her clients and their pets with support requirements in public as well as in their own homes....
