Responsible, reliable, and friendly dog sitter who absolutely adores dogs! i even have a small paw print tattoo on my left wrist to prove it :)
i have my own home with a large fenced yard very close to parks and a 5 minute walk to the beach (yes your pooch will get to run around at the fenced dog park and/or the beach while staying with me. If your dog requires intense exercise, great news! i'm a fit person and enjoy jogging/running and can take your energy ball on runs up to 5km. If your dog is more of a couch potato, that's fine too. I have 2 calm and cuddly cavalier king charles spaniels that love to warm laps on the couch!
I have an 8 year old daughter who is very mature for her age and has grown up around dogs. She loves them and knows a lot about their needs as she helped me hand rear 7 puppies just last year!
When it comes to sleeping arrangements, dogs sleep indoors (our fur babies sleep on our bed at night). I do have dog beds here suited to small/medium dogs) but preference is for you to bring your dog's bed as that will be a comforting smell from home.
i have no issue with dogs sleeping or laying on our couches should they wish to.
Our dogs are very calm and submissive in nature. I have had dogs come to stay multiple times with no issues.
However, rest assured that as a precaution, i always feed dogs in separate rooms.
My work schedule is Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays - school hours. For this reason, my pet sitting services are only available Friday to Monday.
I can accommodate your needs for Tuesdays to Thursdays if you are comfortable with your pet being alone with my 2 spaniels between the hours of 8am to 3pm. My yard is securely fenced with lockable side gates. Grass area for play, and sheltered patio areas with outdoor couches and dog beds for comfort.
I will always send photos and messages to update you on how your pooch is settling in.
