I love all animals, but I especially love dogs and cats.
I have owned dogs and cats throughout my life.I have adopted and nurtured dogs who were neglected. I have experience with older dogs - I had a cavalier who passed away from MVD - she was on lots of medication. I owned my beloved moggie, Cleo, for 16 years until she passed away from old age. Your pet will be very well looked after by me, they will be treated like family at my home. They will be fed, cuddled, brushed, walked & played with every day. Happy to look after your dog or cat with daily visits to your home also.
I understand how to introduce myself to your pets so any stress they feel from being away from home (and you!) can be minimised. I am more than happy to follow whatever routine you have for them, so they will feel more at home with me and help reduce any anxiety they might feel. I live on acreage and have a very clean and spacious backyard for your much-loved dog to bound around in.
My home is clean, tidy and dog friendly. I have an internal dog door for 24/7 access to the yard, which is fully-fenced with an undercover verandah area. Dogs are welcome to stay inside in the house, day or night. My home backs on to a reserve (we live on 5 acres) so a lovely spot to take dogs for a daily work. I am a stay at home Mum so any pets are rarely left alone for more than an hour. I have a granny flat where indoor cats can stay in air-conditioned comfort and peace, with room to roam....
