About Skye

Hey, I'm Skye! An absolute animal lover missing the company of pets since moving away from home. Growing up, I was surrounded by dogs, cats and chickens at home but now I'm somewhat of an animal whisperer, befriending any dog I meet (even when their owners are surprised!). I would love to have a fur baby of my own but the commitment is not quite right for me now so I'm here to offer my love and care to your furry friends.

I have a soft spot for dogs, big or small, and I'm happy to take them for walks or keep them company overnight. And for cats, I understand they're happiest in their own space, so I offer in-home sitting too.

I have plenty of experience looking after other people's pets and was a volunteer at RSPCA for many years, taking care of a range of dog breeds so I understand dog behaviours and body language.

I work as a freelancer, which allows me to have the flexibility to be there for your pets whenever they need me. Whether it's a midday walk or some quality cuddle time, I'm here to make sure they feel loved and looked after.

I live pretty central to Byron’s main town but I am also happy to travel! We have a big fenced-off backyard here and are super close to the local dog beaches for walks.

I also should note that I have looked after dogs up here and am aware of the danger of ticks, so I always do a thorough look over the dogs after walks and time out in nature!...
