About Heather
Hi I'm Heather, 29, from Scotland. I have just moved to Australia in February and I'm currently in Cairns. I am a fully qualified veterinary surgeon, where I worked in small animal clinics for 6 years back in the UK. I have a cat (a little rescue) and 2 dogs (working cocker and italian spinone) back in Scotland and I am missing my pet fix! I am currently taking a break from clinical work and would love the opportunity to pet sit and use my animal experience to provide the best care for your pet. Being a small animal vet, I'm experienced in handling both large and small breed dogs, cats and small furries too. I don't have long term accomodation sorted yet so will be unable to offer pet sitting within my home, but more than happy to walk dogs and do day/night pet sits too.
