I am an enthusiastic student completing a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine program at the University of Sydney, and have been in the animal health care profession for over 8 years. I have had the pleasure of growing up with a wide variety of animals, but moving to the city to study I've had to leave them in the care of my folks back at home. I have experience in caring for many breeds of dogs, cats, lizards, snakes, rabbits, and birds and large animals to boot; and I have to admit that I miss them all tremendously. I'm hoping that I can connect with some lovely animals here!
I have spent several years working as a veterinary nurse and am qualified to perform first aid and provide medications to pets of all sorts. And now, being a student again, I have a flexible schedule and time that I can share with animals to promote their health and welfare. I strive to be dependable, punctual, and caring for all animals I get to work with.
I am a larger guy myself so I do not have any qualms with handling larger breeds of dogs, and do my best to spend as much time as possible outside (weather permitting) so walks can be as rigorous or relaxed as our furry friend needs!
I also have a private house and fenced in yard large enough to work through any 'zoomies' that may be pent up or left over!
It is my goal to provide the best possible experience to all animals that I get to work with; exercise, comfort, playing, you name it! I want to ensure any time spent with me is exciting and a promotes wellness. ...
