We are a family that loves animals. 🐶

Ive had pets since I was 5 years old, and my passion lead me to became a Biologist.
Now I’m a mother of 2 little humans and 2 fury babies 🐶🐶. I spend my days mostly at home looking after my kids, home and animals.

I understand what is like having to leave your fury ones with someone that can love and care for them as you.

I had the best experience with Raphaella and her family after a bad encounter with another pet sitter in the past. I went away for 5 weeks and was extremely worried about how Kai would be. Raphaella was incredibly nice, nurturing, and lovely with Kai, which put me at ease and allowed me to enjoy my holidays. She provided daily updates, photos, videos, and even video calls to keep me informed of how Kai was doing. Raphaella was very professional and flexible throughout the entire experience. Oh my, where do I start? Raphaella saved us. We had another pet sitter booked but cancelled a couple days before hand. Raphaella replied to us efficiently and we were able to meet & greet. Her place is immaculate and organised. She is very welcoming and such a warm person. She genuinely loves what she does. During our pet stay, Raphaella sent us photos and videos regularly. Our pooch received so much love attention from her and from her whole family. Raphaella replies to messages efficiently. She gave me peace of mind while she had our baby Rafa. Raphaella and her family looked after our Jack Russell for over 3 weeks, during this time we felt very lucky to leave our dog in her care , constantly videos and fotos were sent to us assuring our dog was having a good time . She also medicated my dog the whole time wich was a plus . When we got there for the pick up Lola (the dog ) was very loving to her whole family.
