I am a semi retired dog trainer who specialise in helping rehabilitate traumatised rescue dogs both as a foster carer and after care trainer in and out house/kennels.
You may have seen my work or or followed me in the past, I used to post under "Sanna Malveholm - Sydney dog trainer and behaviourist" on Facebook, there you can also see some of my previous work and see my reviews from clients.
I have years of dog training background from my home country in Sweden and when I finished my masters degree studies in Australia I decided to get more involved in the dog rescue community in Sydney which is how my story started with dogs in Australia started.
Me and my girls, I have three dogs, all rescues two foster fails - would love to offer a place of rest or play to any small - medium sized dogs. Join us on our walks and daily routines when their fur parents are away or at work. I can also pick up for walks/excursions or offer training services.
With several years of experience helping out at rescue centres both in Sweden and in Australia and I have seen most and that is why I mainly work with the extreme cases in the past. I can work with severe behavioural issues or complicated medical assistance cases.
I love helping dogs and treat any one of my fosters as my own family.
I am able to give medication and I am flexible with dietary needs.
I cook my own dogs, dog food and am well accustomed to lots of different medication needs including giving injections.
Feel free to contact me if you are looking for a safe harbour for your dog while you are away or need extra hands.
