About Laura
I am a huge animal lover, especially dogs and since starting working from home when COVID hit I knew it was my time to finally get a pup of my own! I am originally from Ireland and also have a 14 yr old family dog Harley back home who I miss dearly! Since I used a petsitter myself for my now 3 year old Cavoodle Pablo, I thought to myself why am I not already doing this! I am currently regularly petsitting and have been for a couple of yrs but new to Pawshake. Working from home means pups get walked once or twice per day and the dog park is a stones throw away from my house. I work from home 95% of the time so can spend most days with pets all day long. I treat all pets as if they are my own with plenty of love and cuddles😍. Pablo loves making new pals and is very chilled. We like to look after dogs of the same temperament and size but happy to mind pooches up to 20kg. I can take a couple of pets at a time for overnights, day care and walks. I live with my fiance Dermot (see pics) who is dog crazy also. We live in a house and have a mid-sized fully fenced garden. Pets sleep indoors. Laura was great looking after Pippa! I had regular updates of Pippa daily which was very assuring- Our cavoodles played with each other so that helped as well. Laura was attentive to her needs so I would definitely book her again!!
