About Chris & Ed
We are Chris and Ed (Edwina)- a teacher (Chris) and a speech pathologist (Ed). We love animals of all shapes and sizes. We have grown up around animals, including dogs, cats, birds, guinnea pigs and rabbits. We have volunteered with animals and attended animal training courses. We are firm believers in positive reinforcement only, we would never harm or scare any animal.
Unfortunately, we recently lost our two pets -our 20 year old cockatiel, and our gorgeous 14 month-old Labrador to cancer. We adore dogs and birds and would cherish the opportunity to spend time with yours. Our house is fully setup for a dog, it is fenced and has a large dog-door.
We're experienced at walking dogs- even the very strong ones. We have many lovely streets to walk nearby. We wouldn't let your dog off-leash at dog parks, unless given permission and we are familiar with its behaviour/needs. Our house is 50m away from a Vet, and the closest 24 hour Vet is within a 20 minute drive (we both have cars if necessary). We will only have one family's pet(s) at a time.
