About Viviane
I 've been working as a Veterinarian in São Paulo, Brazil for 22 years. I have just moved to Australia in September 2023. Mad Paws is a good opportunity for me to work with animals as a dogwalker and petsitter, until I validate my vet's degree.
I love the animals and I feel very grateful helping and caring for them. I studied exotic pets, cats and dogs. It will be a pleasure to take care of your pet.

I live in Clayfield, but accept clients from nearby neighborhoods, South Brisbane, West End, Fortitude Valley and Central.

HOUSE VISITING
When you just need a short visit to check-in on your pet, feed and water them, and give them a quick cuddle.
Perfect to pets that are more comfortable in their home than in an unfamiliar environment.

I follow hygiene protocols to ensure your pet's health. If your pet is sick, please let us know in advance. In some cases, I do not recommend that your pet stays alone at home and I suggest an all-day / overnight pet service or even admission to a Veterinary Hospital.
Cat-friendly visit: A visit from a stranger can be very scary and stressful for most felines. I'll always be extremely careful to not carry odors from other animals, to not make noise and respect the space and peace in your home.
Exotic Pets: Birds, Guinea Pigs, Rodents, Rabbit. Each one with its own particularity in care and management, so I will provide the service with my professional knowledge.
*** The amount is for 1 house visit per day. Each additional visit has an extra fee.
PET DAY CARE
- 8 hours of companionship, playtime, and care in pet own home.
- Regular updates on your pet's activities and well-being.
- Feeding and water replenishment included.

Our PetDay Service is priced for 8 hours during the day, providing excellent value for your beloved pet's comfort and happiness.
OVERNIGHT PETSITTING
- 12 hours of dedicated care and companionship.
- Your pet stays in the familiar environment of their own home.
- Feeding, walks, and any necessary medications administered.
DOG WALK
Give your pet the necessary outdoor time to stretch their legs and get the socialization & exercise they need.
Walk duration: 30 to 45 minutes.
Attention: It is very important that vaccines and control of external and internal parasites are up to date.
It is recommended that puppies finish their vaccination schedule before going outside.
All dogs, especially Brachycephalic dogs (Example:Pug, Shih Tzu, Lhasa Apso, French bulldog, English bulldog) need attention during times of high sun and heat. Avoid scheduling walks with them on very hot days/times.
It is important that your dog has its own chestplate/ harness or collar and is securely equipped.
