About Lucy

I'm a calm, responsible, mature 50+ yo who works and studies from home, and is passionate about animal health and welfare.

I'm a trained volunteer wildlife rescuer. I'm studying conservation and ecosystems management with a special interest in wildlife conservation.

I'm an experienced minder across a range of dog breeds and sizes, but I'm available for work with small dogs only. Some of the dog breeds I have good familiarity with (as a minder and an owner) are Maltese, Poodle X's, Pomeranians and Dachshunds.

I live in great dog walking territory. I'm available to travel for dog sitting and walking too.

I only take one dog at a time for day minding, They will need to be comfortable with my dog Zach, who's a very chilled out 15 yo Maltese X. Regular outings are part of the package, of course. Along with pats, cuddles and scratches, if wanted, or space where preferred.

My day job is social work, so I'm a good listener and communicator who's keen to make sure that your needs are met, and that your best friend is safe, cared for and comfortable in your absence. ...
