I've had dogs my entire life, but after losing mine to old age, I have turned to sitting for friends. I work from home most days. On the two days that I need to go into Uni, I would not be gone for more than 4 hours. My default is that dogs get a lengthy walk every morning and evening with plenty of company in between (including short walks, play).
